Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-5 Business Days to process your order, allowing us enough time to retrieve the items that were ordered if not in stock and on location at the time of purchase. Most orders will be processed as soon as possible, but there may be exceptions in which the 5 day handling period will be used. Expect an email within 1-6 business days to let you know your order is on the way!


STORE PICKUP - 333 W Main St Ste. C, Gallatin, TN, 37066
Orders can be picked up daily, during opening hours listed on our store’s google listing, Jenny Beauty Supply - Gallatin. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup, or it will be confirmed over voice call. Some items may not be eligible for online purchase and are listed as in-store purchase only. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 
 
     LOCAL DELIVERY
We currently do not support local delivery, and will have to use a carrier service, or in-store pickup.


FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-5 Business Days using UPS. We do not currently offer flat-rate shipping. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on size, weight and distance by UPS. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

     INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We only ship domestic to the United States. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Return eligibility is subject to the discretion of the management that you contact about your case.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please message us as soon as possible on our live chat button with contact info (email or phone number), but do not include any sensitive info. Please do not share any personal info with us when we contact you about your case, we will only ask for the order information, or as little information as we need to process the eligibility of the return. Please only submit your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
